Overwatch Lunar New Year Event 2020 is expected to begin sometime in January, and is bound to introduce exciting new skins and other cosmetics to celebrate the festivities of the new year.

While we're still in the middle of the Winter Wonderland event, fans are getting a head start and thinking about which heroes deserve a skin for the upcoming Lunar Event in 2020, the Year of the Rat.

Here are five Overwatch heroes who should get a skin for the next Lunar New Year event.

Overwatch Lunar Event 2020: 5 Heroes Who Should Get Skins

1. Moira

Moira hasn't gotten much attention from Blizzard recently in terms of skins, so there's no reason why Moira shouldn't be one of the lucky heroes to get a skin for the 2020 Lunar Event. Even if it feels like Moira has been in the game for quite a while, she is still lacking in higher tier skins, so even if all she got was an Epic skin, fans wouldn't complain.

2. Baptiste

Baptiste is still a fairly new addition to Overwatch's roster, so he is lacking in Legendary skins. After missing out on his chance to be gifted one for this year's Winter Wonderland event, maybe Baptiste will get lucky and wish one up for the Lunar New Year.

3. Sigma

Sigma is the newest member of Overwatch's hero pool and is even more starved than Baptiste for more Legendary cosmetics. While Sigma got his own Rime skin for the Winter Wonderland event this year, it frankly isn't enough for the deranged scientist who is in need of more cosmetics so we don't get stuck seeing the same skins every game.

4. Wrecking Ball

Wrecking Ball is, well, a ball, which makes him the perfect shape to make a skin that transforms his mech into something that resembles a glowing Chinese Lantern. The concept already works with his Halloween event skin that puts Hammond inside of a Jack-o-Lantern, so why not include it into the game to at least let Wrecking Ball serve as a symbol of joy and fortune even if the one on your team is meaningless rolling around the map.

5. Junkrat

It's a no brainer that Junkrat deserves a skin for the 2020 Lunar New Year Event. Junkrat's tendency to make things go boom is a perfect fit for the firework celebrations associated with the event, as seen with his previous skin for the event from 2017. Especially since 2020 is the Year of the Rat, everyone's favorite Aussie is due for a skin that makes him resemble a rat, and frankly, it's surprising that he doesn't have one yet.
