Pokémon GO Raid Hours: February 2022 Full List

We’ve put together a full list of all Pokemon GO Raid Hours this February 2022.
Raid Hour has been a great success for Niantic Labs since its introduction, giving trainers a chance to encounter Pokemon they wouldn’t normally be able to find or have time to access in their daily lives. Giving these players the forewarning and ability to block out an hour of their Wednesday evening has proved to be vital to some, allowing them to complete PokeDex entries and generally elevate them to a competitive place in game.
Raid Hour takes place every Wednesday between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. local time.

All Pokemon GO Raid Hours February 2022
There are four Raid Hour events this February 2022. According to Niantic Labs, half the events feature one of the Legendary Titan trio, Regirock and Registeel, while the other two spotlight Deoxys in both Normal and Defense Forme. Below, we’ve listed each event with its date and corresponding Pokemon, respectively:
- Feb. 2—Regirock
- Feb. 9—Registeel
- Feb. 16—Deoxys (Normal Forme)
- Feb. 23—Deoxys (Defense Forme)

Regirock was originally introduced in Generation III as one of the auxiliary legendaries available for capture in the Hoenn region. Also known as the “Rock Peak” Pokemon, Regirock has the ability to regenerate itself by adding more rock to its body should any part get damaged. Its PokeDex number is #377.
Suitable counters for Regirock include steel, fighting, water, ground, and grass types. For example, trainers may want to bring Lucario, Metagross, Kingler, Conkeldurr, and/or Landorus.
Registeel, also called the “Iron” Pokemon, is a sibling of Regirock. Its body is made of a metal completely unheard of in our world. Not only is it essentially impenetrable, it is also elastic with the ability to stretch and shrink to this Pokémon’s whims. Its PokeDex number is #379.
Suitable counters for Registeel are typically fighting, ground, and fire-types. Examples include Reshiram, Lucario, Chandelure, Darmanitan, Volcarona, and Blaziken.
Deoxys, the “DNA” Pokemon, was also introduced in Generation III. It has the ability to transform its body into four different configurations with each corresponding to a different stat: Normal, Speed, Attack, and Defense. According to its PokeDex description, it was originally an extraterrestrial “virus” life form that mutated when exposed to an unspecified laser beam. Its PokeDex number is #386.
Suitable encounters for Deoxys in both Normal and Defense form are dark, ghost, and bug-types such as Gengar, Chandelure, Darkrai, Zoroark, and Weavile.
