Pokémon GO Sinnoh Throwback Challenge: Special Research Details

Pokémon GO Sinnoh Throwback Challenge features challenges and callbacks to events from Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. You'll also get some special rewards for participating in the nostalgia fueled event.

The Sinnoh Throwback Challenge will take place beginning 1 p.m. May 22 and run until 1 p.m. May 29 in your local time.

During the event, you'll encounter Pokémon from Sinnoh more often in the wild. You can hatch Cranidos, Shieldon, Glameow, Chingling, Bonsly, Happiny, Gible, Munchlax, Riolu and Mantyke from 7 km Eggs. Shiny Glameow will be available to catch, and you can find a Lucario hat Pikachu if you're lucky.

There is also a Special Research quest you can complete for a special encounter with Cresselia, who will have the event exclusive move Grass Knot. Here are the Research Task details:
