Qiyana arrived on the Public Beta Environment on Wednesday as the headlining addition in the latest League of Legends Patch 9.13 PBE update.
Qiyana is a princess from the jungle city of Ixaocan, where she commands the elements in her quest to ascend to the the high seat of the Yun Tal. (Check out her full ability list at the end of this article.) She arrives in League of Legends alongside the release skin Battle Boss Qiyana.
Yasuo also received a Battle Boss skin in Wednesday's update, while Caitlyn and Kai'Sa received Arcade skins. Caitlyn also received a Prestige Edition of her Arcade skin. All three skins released with accompanying summoner icons among the 14 added in the update. Finally, Riot Games added a new ward skin and three new emotes.
League of Legends Qiyana Abilities
Royal Privilege (Passive)
Your first basic ability or attack to damage each enemy deals 15-83 (plus 55% bonus AD)(plus 30% AP) bonus physical damage. This effect has a 25 second per-target cooldown, but the cooldown resets when you cast Terrashape to gain a different weapon enchantment.
Edge of Ixtal (Q) [35 mana, five second cooldown]
Swing your weapon, dealing 85/105/125/145/165 (plus 100% bonus AD) to enemies hit (75% damage to targets beyond the first). Whenever you enchant your weapon with Terrashape, this spell upgrades to Elemental Wrath and resets its cooldown.
Elemental Wrath: Overcharge your enchantment to blast it in target direction. It detonates on the first enemy or when it ends, deals 85/105/125/145/165 (plus 100% bonus AD) damage to units hit, and has a different effect based on your active enchantment:
- River Enchantment: Briefly root enemies hit, then slow them by 20% for one second.
- Wall Enchantment: 51/63/75/87/99 (plus 60% bonus AD) bonus damage to units below 50% health.
- Brush Enchantment: Leaves a canopy trail that stealths you and grants 20% movement speed. Canopy fades after attacking from it, exiting it, or after 3.5 seconds.
Terrashape (W) [25/30/35/40/45 mana, seven second cooldown]
Active: Target River, Wall, or Brush. Conjure elemental power from the target and dash towards it to enchant your weapon with it.
Passive: While your weapon is enchanted, you gain 20% Attack Speed and your attacks and basic abilities deal 8/16/24/32/40 (plus 30% AP)(plus 20% bonus AD) bonus magic damage. Additionally, you gain 5/6.25/7.5/8.75/10% movement speed while out of combat and near the corresponding terrain type.
Audacity (E) [40/45/50/55/60 mana, 12/11/10/9/8 second cooldown]
Dash a fixed distance at target enemy and deal 70/105/140/175/210 (plus 70% bonus AD) physical damage to them.
Supreme Display of Talent (R) [100 mana, 120 second cooldown]
Creates a non-damaging shockwave that knocks back enemies and stops when it hits a wall.
Any River, Brush, and the Wall hit by the shockwave explode to deal physical damage to nearby enemies equal to 100/170/240 (plus 170% bonus AD) plus 10% of their max health and stun them for up to one second (distant enemies are stunned less).
