In the case of Call of Duty: Warzone, its thrilling endgame highs have unfortunately also long been muddied down by its oh-so-glitch-filled lows.

5. Alien Gun Glitch (No timetable)

Kicking off the list is a glitch that was just as annoying to experience as it was abnormal. One that many Warzone players on both PC and console could attest to having an issue with was the alien gun glitch that caused certain weapons to spaz out like they came out of District 9 (2009) and take up space on the screen due to loading issues.

4. Duplicate Loadout Glitch in Season 4 (BOCW)

A more odd, yet not completely terrible glitch was in July 2021 when a custom loadout box not only disappeared after one use but created an absurd amount of carbon copies of custom guns and equipment as well.

3. Verdansk: Potato Mode Glitch in Season 4 (MW)

One of the earlier glitches ever experienced in Warzone, this glitch caused Verdansk to go "potato mode," making players only see small cubes of colors and textures in a vast blue expanse as if the game wasn't even fully finished yet.

2. Invisible Glitches (No timetable)

On a handful of occasions, there have unfortunately been instances where players could exploit bugs to make them appear invisible to others, both in Verdansk and in Caldera.

1. Infinite Respawn Glitch in Season 4 (MW)

Last but not least, this infinite respawn glitch in July 2020 made it so that matches quite literally turned into pre-game lobby deathmatches. No matter how many times players were eliminated or died by other means, they were able to consistently respawn back into the match. It didn't matter how they died, where they died, or who killed them. Players in the instance could rejoin the battle indefinitely. This persisted even after gas flooded the entire map.
