Warzone 2 Massive Resurgence Mode Explained

Activision

Warzone 2 Massive Resurgence Mode is coming in Season 3 as an alternative to Ashika Island.

Resurgence is arguably the most popular Warzone mode given players can respawn multiple times throughout a game, especially in squad-based playlists like trios and quads. The original Warzone featured Resurgence on maps like Fortune's Keep and Rebirth Island, but Resurgence didn't return in Warzone 2 until Ashika Island was released.

Now, in Season 3, players have another option with Massive Resurgence exclusive to Al Mazrah.

Here's everything you need to know about the Warzone 2 Massive Resurgence mode.

Warzone 2 Massive Resurgence Mode Explained

Massive Resurgence is coming at season launch, unlike some other content which isn't coming until mid-season or the Reloaded update. Massive Resurgence is exclusive to Al Mazrah and uses the entire map as a playground.

There will be a maximum of 150 players in per game and players will be able to respawn multiple times as long as Resurgence is active and players in squads are still alive.

Warzone 2 Season 3 goes live Apr. 12.
