When Does MW3 Season 2 Reloaded Start? Answered
As February winds down, fans are looking forward to the start of MW3 Season 2 Reloaded.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Season 2 dropped in early February, brining a new Battle Pass, two weapons, and three 6v6 maps to multiplayer. Plus, the update reset everyone's Skill Divisions in Ranked Play, forcing players to once again begin the climb to the Top 250, earning free rewards along the way. MW3 Season 2 also featured a collaboration with The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live, introducing a Rick Grimes Operator to Call of Duty, with a Michonne Operator still to come.
Despite the wealth of new content, fans are ready for the next major update in MW3. So, how much longer do they have to wait for MW3 Season 2 Reloaded?
When Does MW3 Season 2 Reloaded Start? Answered
MW3 Season 2 Reloaded starts on Wednesday, Mar. 6, 2024, at 12 p.m. ET. The midseason update features two new weapons—the SOA Subverter Battle Rifle and Soulrender Melee—that fans can unlock through in-game challenges. If the past MW3 DLC weapons are anything to go by, then the SOA Subverter might find its way into the multiplayer and Warzone meta very quickly.
Of course, a major update would not be complete without an event; the Vortex: Decay’s Realm Event is arriving with fan-favorite map variants, Tetanus, Satan’s Quarry, Sporeyard, and new additions, Skidgrow and Airborne, to bring otherworldly elements to Hardpoint, TDM, Kill Confirmed, and Domination matches in MW3 Season 2 Reloaded.
New Game Modes in MW3 Season 2 Reloaded Explained
MW3 Season 2 Reloaded will also introduce two new game modes to multiplayer so fans have a few more unique options. Juggermosh, coming for a limited-time, is a third-person mode that features only Juggernaut combat in Hardpoint, Domination, and Kill Confirmed matches. Bounty, the second game mode, is similar to TDM and challenges players to eliminate enemies until the score limit is reached.
MW3 Das Haus Release Date
The MW3 version of Das Haus from Call of Duty: Vanguard will be released on Mar. 6, 2024, alongside MW3 Season 2 Reloaded. The chaotic, compact map is back with new changes that might just remind you of Highrise.
The developers promise a "brighter, airier feel" to Das Haus and removed the destructible cover from the Vanguard days. They concluded, "New compass names, easily distinguishable blue and orange spawn points, and a penthouse environment lifts 'the house' to new heights."
Stay tuned for more MW3 Season 2 intel as the update approaches.
