9 Kings’ eighth monarch is the King of Nomads
By Marco Wutz

Sad Socket continues its way along the 9 Kings roadmap and has revealed the eighth monarch to join the popular roguelite auto-battler/city-builder hybrid: the King of Nomads. Themed after the Great Khans of the steppes, this ruler mixes things up by specializing in builds that are troop-heavy and light on buildings.
In fact, you’ll be rewarded for shuffling buildings around the board with the Camp card, keeping in touch with your nomadic spirit and allowing you to stay versatile throughout the entire run. Fans of summoning builds will find the Dragon’s Den card to be of interest, which benefits from increased destruction.
Where other rulers are about building up a city and upgrading it, finding the perfect layout to get strong synergies, the King of Nomads builds, tears down, and rebuilds differently.
This reptilian ruler is accompanied by Update 13 for the game, which comes with improvements to RNG and quality of life.
9 Kings cleared 250,000 sales one week after launch, becoming one of Brazil’s biggest gaming successes ever, and recently doubled this sales number to pass the half a million mark.
