Hotta Studio has revealed details around the upcoming global beta test for its upcoming game Neverness to Everness. The Containment Test for NTE will begin on July 3, 2025, and end on July 16. A preload will be available on July 2 so that the selected candidates can get a smooth start into the action.

While NTE is set to be released on iOS, Android, and PS5 in addition to PC, this test will only be available on PC — and we now have minimum system specs for the game:

  • OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • CPU: Intel Core i7-10700 (Recommended: i7-12700 or higher)
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 (Recommended: RTX 3060 or higher)
  • RAM: 16GB (Recommended: 32GB)
  • Storage: 60GB (Recommended: SSD)

English voiceovers will be available alongside the Chinese and Japanese versions of the game during the test. Hotta Studio also confirmed that controller support will be available for the PS4 Dualshock, PS4 Dualsense, Xbox Wireless, and Xbox Elite controllers.

NTE is Hotta Studio’s follow-up project to Tower of Fantasy. It’s an urban open-world RPG with life sim elements, allowing players to battle supernatural forces plaguing the city in which they can own apartments, businesses, and vehicles.

NTE has recently been greenlit for release in China, where it already did some beta testing, and Hotta Studio unveiled major visual improvements to NTE made based on community feedback.
