3 Legends to Pair With Catalyst in Apex Legends

We're just hours into Apex Legends Season 15: Eclipse, which means the jury's still out on how best to utilize the newest Legend in the game, Catalyst.

Catalyst is a defensive-class character whose kit revolves around stopping enemy pushes and countering scan Legends. As such, while the Defensive Conjurer should be a great fit for just about any team comp, here's a breakdown of the top-three best Legends players should look to pair with Catalyst in Apex Legends: Eclipse.

3. Seer

Of course, Seer is kind of a no-brainer recommendation as he fits in with just about every Legend in the game right now. When pairing the two Boreas natives together, however, players should be able to absolutely dominate the information game thanks to Catalyst's ability to keep scans out and Seer's ability to scan others.

2. Horizon/Fuse

Being that Catalyst is a character who stop pushes and delays fights, pairing her with a Horizon or Fuse could work really well to balance out the team comp and allow your team to push back. With Horizon's Gravity Lift and Fuse's Knuckle Cluster, teams can push out of Catalyst's Dark Veil to get the jump on unsuspecting enemies.

1. Caustic/Rampart/Wattson

Lastly, to fully complement Catalyst's ability to lockdown areas, Caustic, Rampart and Wattson are seamless fits with her. With Caustic's Nox Gas Traps, Rampart's Sheila and Wattson's Interception Pylon, each of Catalyst's abilities can set up hard-headed pursuers for quick deaths.
