5 Best Bot Lane Duos in League of Legends Patch 10.18

League of Legends Patch 10.18 does not directly impact the top AD Carries in the game such as Caitlyn or Senna but with the Guardian nerf, those who play support may need to adjust their play style.

5 Best Bot Lane Duos in League of Legends Patch 10.18
1. Miss Fortune & Leona
Not only was Miss Fortune and Leona one of the best bot lane duos after the League of Legends Patch 10.16 but the two will now get even stronger. Miss Fortune will see a movement speed and attack speed buff which in simple terms, means opponents will die faster. Paired with one of the best crowd control support champs in the game, the two are even more dangerous.
2. Aphelios & Nautilus
Unlike most support champs, Nautilus usually does not use Guardian as his main Resolve rune. As Guardian will be nerfed in the upcoming patch, Nautilus may become even stronger, especially when paired with Aphelios. The combo is simple yet devastating. Nautilus stuns, Aphelios unloads his weapons, and what results is either a double kill or a winning trade.
3. Caitlyn & Bard
Caitlyn will not be nerfed in the League of Legends Patch 10.18 which means that she will continue to be the best AD Carry in the game. However, for her ideal support, Bard may take a step back with the Guardian Nerf. The bonus health and shield granted from Guardian allows for squishy champs like Caitlyn to stay alive for longer but now that those have been reduced, some AD Carries will become more exposed.
4. Senna & Nautilus
Similar to Aphelios and Nautilus, Senna and Nautilus follow a similar strategy. However, what has made Senna such a relevant AD Carry is her Crowd Control, global ultimate, and her ability to get money fast. She does far less damage than Aphelios in most scenarios but she makes up for it in other categories.
5. Lucian & Braum
What makes Lucian and Braum so strong is the synergy between their passives. Braum's passive grants a stun after an enemy is hit four times and Lucian is able to attack in quick succession due to his passive. When paired the two can activate crowd control frequently.
