League of Legends Patch 10.22 affected a handful of mid laners. Some changes might not be powerful enough to put champions back on the list.

For instance, Viktor will receive a massive range buff from his evolution upgrade, mana cost, slow effect, and AP ratios. However, it's currently too early to tell how the Hexcore removal will affect Viktor in the future meta. Other examples are Brand's big changes and LeBlanc's small buff not being strong enough to make the list.

5. Yasuo

Yasuo's passive, Way of the Wanderer, critical strike chance above 100% will now convert into bonus attack damage. The ratio is currently 0.5 bonus attack damage for every 1% crit over 100% crit chance. With his mobility and powerful Wind Wall (W), when timed correctly, we might see a lot of Yasuo in the ban phase.

4. Akali

Akali has been a constant pick in pro play and S-tier tournaments even when she was not particularly strong because of her mobility, dive ability and damage output that can one-shot enemy's carries. Patch 10.22 sees her Five Point Strike (Q) energy cost decreased to 120/110/100/90/80 from 120/115/110/105/100.

3. Yone

Yone's passive, Way of the Hunter, critical strike chance above 100% will now convert into bonus attack damage. The ratio is currently 0.5 bonus attack damage for every 1% crit over 100% crit chance. If Yone has a matchup against rather immobile champions, with his massive damage output, he should have no trouble assassinating them.

2. Fizz

Fizz has always been strong. In this current meta, he gains popularity thanks to his ability to counter other popular mid laners such as Yone, and his kit's ability to one-shot ADCs and squishy champions. Even though he does not receive any buffs in Patch 10.22, everyone still hates it when they get deleted by his combo.

1. Zed

Even though Zed's damage is decreased to 70/90/110/130/150 from 70/95/120/145/170, it is rather insignificant as he is still too powerful for AD carries. Additionally, despite his damage being nerfed late game, it is already a public secret in the community that Zed falls off late game. If he's played correctly, that won't matter.
