5 Things We Want in League of Legends Patch 10.18

The League of Legends Patch 10.16b was a small balance patch that introduced minor nerfs and buffs. League of Legends Patch 10.18 however, is set to contain much more content including skins and multiple nerfs and buffs.

1. Lilia Buffs

It has been confirmed that Lilia will be the latest champion to join the League of Legends World Championship's roster. Although she has had more time on the Rift than Yone, who was disabled for Worlds, Lilia still needs some work. As of now, expect Lilia to have one of the lower pick rates at Worlds simply due to her lack of utility in most matchups.

2. No more nerfs for Caitlyn or Ashe

Either Ashe or Caitlyn received nerfs in the past two patches and the continual balancing is questionable for some. Both AD Carries are at the top of the meta right now and have seen a boost in pick rates especially in pro play. But will another nerf for the two marksmen create another imbalance that Riot was so focused on fixing?

3. New Champ

There have been rumors and leaks of a new champ named Samira. As of now, there has been no concrete evidence that points to details on her abilities or play style. However, League of Legends players should be excited as this will be the third champion to be released in the span of two months.

4. Hecarim Remains Untouched

Hecarim saw a sizable buff in League of Legends Patch 10.16 which led to instant success in the jungle. His burst damage and late game pressure is something that every jungler envies and should look to add to their rotation. His success could lead to minor or even major buffs that could significantly reduce his damage output and possibly his movement speed, all of which are what makes him such a powerful jungler in the meta.

5. Skins

There will be a few skins that will release with League of Legends Patch 10.18 including the PsyOps skins. Along with the new skins, Ziggs is set to get a Hextech skin which will remove him from the long line of champs waiting for the sleek Hextech skin.
