This best MP-40 weapon loadout guide for Warzone Pacific Season 2 is here for those who want to make sure they're using the fully optimized version of one of the best weapons in the game.

As touched on in our SMG tier list for Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 2, although the MP-40 received a slight nerf to its damage ranges, it's still right up there with the best of them for those close-range engagements. Here are the attachments to use for the best MP-40 loadout in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 2.

Best MP-40 Weapon Loadout Warzone Pacific Season 2

  • Muzzle: Recoil Booster
  • Barrel: Krausnick 317mm 04B
  • Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop
  • Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 45 Round Mags
  • Ammunition: Hollow Point
  • Optic: Slate Reflector
  • Rear Grip: Leather Grip
  • Stock: Krausnick 33M Folding
  • Perk 1: Steady
  • Perk 2: Quick

Starting off the build, the Recoil Booster is the muzzle to use here as it vastly improves the MP-40's fire rate.

With the underbarrel, we recommend the M1941 Hand Stop as it helps out with the gun's recoil control and accuracy.

For the magazine, the 7.62 Gorenko 45 Round Mags attachment is the clear choice for the increased fire rate and recoil control.

We'd also go with the Hollow Point ammo type, especially now that Incendiary rounds have been nerfed, as it helps you win in those close-range fights where your accuracy can go out the window at times.

While the optic usually comes down to personal preference, the Slate Reflector is an especially great sight for this close-range build.

Add on the Leather Grip as well, as it improves the MP-40's ADS speed greatly while also providing great recoil control.

We also recommend choosing the Krausnick 33M Folding stock to improve the movement, ADS, sprint to fire and aim walking movement speeds — all things important for close-range combat.

Lastly, for the MP-40's two weapon perks, we'd opt for Steady and Quick to allow you to zoom around the map at all times.
