Our Warzone Pacific Season 2 weapon tier list is here to break down which of the guns are the best to use in Caldera and Rebirth Island with the launch of Raven Software's latest major update.

In addition to the introduction of armored war machines and chemical weapons, Raven's latest weapon balance pass was one of the largest in Warzone history, undoubtedly flipping the meta on its head once again. As such, here are the best weapons to use in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 2.

At this point in the Warzone meta, these weapons all remain dominant in their roles, with the Bren, Owen Gun and LAPA being perhaps the only ones that are "broken." Additionally, the rest in this tier continue to reflect high K/D ratios for those using them, so feel free to keep on keeping on in that regard.

A Tier

In A Tier are a wide variety of options that are top tier viable and remain generally very balanced to use in Warzone. Essentially, these options are right outside of the main meta, but are still able to get the job done and allow you to be competitive. Towards the bottom of the list, there aren't too many great options, but it wouldn't be surprising to see players still using them.

B Tier

  • MP5 (BOCW)
  • Milano 821
  • MP5 (MW)
  • Bullfrog
  • PPSh-41 (BOCW)
  • FFAR 1
  • KG M40
  • M13
  • M4A1
  • AS VAL
  • FAL
  • Kilo 141
  • Krig 6
  • Groza
  • LW3 - Tundra
  • HDR
  • Pelington 703
  • ZRG 20mm
  • AX-50
  • TEC-9
  • MP7
  • LC10
  • CX-9
  • AK-74u
  • AUG (MW)
  • Fennec
  • AMP63
  • Sykov
  • Diamatti
  • Double Barrel
  • Combat Shotgun
  • Gallo SA12
  • SA87
  • FiNN LMG
  • Origin 12 Shotgun
  • Renetti
  • M1 Garand
  • DMR 14
  • Streetsweeper

These weapons in B Tier remain viable in Season 2, but could all use a slight buff in order for more players to seriously consider mastering them. Overall, these weapons are just fine but don't have anything that makes them stand out as fun or exciting options to use. A lot of these are fairly popular still but aren't as good statistically compared to the guns above. The all-new KG M40 finds itself in here for now as, unfortunately, it seems as if it just doesn't have the firepower to win out in most 1v1 fights despite having little recoil.

C Tier

The C Tier includes guns that definitely could use a buff in Warzone. While those such as the Nail Gun have become weak after receiving numerous nerfs, others such as the G-43 simply run out of ammo much too quickly to be viable.

D Tier

At this point in the tier list, these guns don't have a place in the meta at all. While the higher end of this tier could perhaps be fine for players to get a kill or two, it gets pretty dreadful by the bottom of the list. We're also throwing the all-new Whitley LMG in here for now as, unfortunately, it seems as if its recoil pattern is just too unusable to possibly be a decent option.

F Tier

Dragunov

  • Magnum
  • .357
  • Mk2 Carbine
  • Crossbow (MW)
  • Crossbow (CW)
  • Dragunov
  • .50 GS

There is little to no hope for these weapons in F Tier, as well as those who happen to pick them up in-game. If you're in the Gulag, do what you need to do. Otherwise, look to swap out these guns from your inventory immediately.
