Genshin Impact Old Stone Slate Location Guide

In Genshin Impact, players may have come across a quest that asks them to collect old stone slates. This is one of the more difficult quests to complete in Inazuma, as there are no hints as to where the stone slates can be found.

Luckily for those looking for old stone slates, most of them are in locations you would naturally come across as you complete other World Quests. If you're having trouble, here's a guide for how to find all four stone slates and complete the "The Farmer's Treasure" World Quest.

Genshin Impact Old Stone Slate Location Guide

To begin the World Quest, head to Jinren Island, a small island to the north of Narukami Island. There, you'll find a man trapped in a cage at the top of the mountain. Rescue him, and he'll ask you to collect old stone slates for him.

There are a total of four stone slates, all of which can be found on Narukami Island.

1. Northeast of Kamisato Estate

You'll find the first stone slate on the beach northeast of Kamisato Estate, inside a Nobushi camp. Defeat the Nobushi and investigate their camp to find the old stone slate.

2. In the well in Konda Village

To find this stone slate, you'll need to complete the first part of the Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual questline, "A Strange Story in Konda." The quest will lead you inside a dried-up well in Konda Village. After completing the puzzle and defeating the mini-boss, you'll find the stone slate in a room next to a Luxurious Chest.

3. In the Araumi ruins

You can find the next stone slate after progressing to the "Cleansing Defilement" quest in the Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual questline. Use your mirror lens to unlock the underground ruins in Araumi, and follow the two seelie to unlock the door at the end of the chamber. Go to the right after exiting the door and you'll find the stone tablet in a room with a cube puzzle in it.

4. Near the Perpetual Mechanical Array

Continue on your journey through the underground ruins to find the last stone tablet. Solve the cube puzzle near the previous stone tablet to drain the water in the room, allowing access through another circular doorway. Go through the door and head to the room connected to the Perpetual Mechanical Array boss. You'll find the stone slate in the pirate ship wreck inside that room.

These are the locations of the four stone slates hidden around Narukami Island, but finding them all isn't the end of it. Report back to the man at Jinren Island, and he'll have more tasks in store for you.
