How to Change Knockout City ID has been something players have been wondering about while diving into the new sports game from EA. With a multiplayer element, players love customizing their characters in different outfits and clothes, and that applies to their player ID. For those seeking to change things up in the name department, here's how players can change their Knockout City ID.

How to Change Knockout City ID

Even though Knockout City is developed by EA, you can't change your ID through their game client Origin. For some reason, for PC players, your name is chosen through EA Desktop instead of Origin. To begin changing their ID, players will need to open EA Desktop, and then navigate to Settings. From there, you can see an Edit profile option, and once in, you'll find a Nickname section. This Nickname is what appears as your Knockout City ID, so changing that will change your name in Knockout City.

For console players, it's tougher, and pricier to change your name in Knockout City. Your ID is drawn from your Gamertag if you're an Xbox user, and your PSN ID if you're a PlayStation user. For PlayStation user who wants to change their PSN ID, it's free the first time, so you can use that loophole. After that, it's $4.99 per change for PlayStation Plus members and $9.99 per change for everyone else. Xbox users have a similar deal, being able to change their Gamertag free for the first time, and then pay $9.99 per change after that.

Now that you know how you can change your name, maybe consider your quest for Legendary Outfits to match that brand new name. But before that, how about scoring the game for free on Nintendo Switch? Or how about studying up on passing to your teammates?
