Are you wondering how to heal in Kirby and the Forgotten Land? We have an answer for you.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land was released today, March 25. It has gotten great reviews from critics and enjoyers alike, which has been attributed to its action-packed adventures, unique gameplay, and co-op features. As you go throughout the game, you may be wondering, how do I heal?

Here's how to heal your characters throughout Kirby and the Forgotten Land.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land: How to Heal

Most Kirby games have had a system where you go through lives. Kirby and the Forgotten Land, however, does not. Therefore, there are no 1UPs. Due to this, you will lose 100 Star Coins when Kirby or Bandana Waddle Dee run out of health.

To avoid this, you can heal in the following ways:

  • Pick up food throughout the stages, either on the ground or by breaking objects
  • Buy food at Waddle Dee Cafe
  • Sleep in Kirby's house
  • Utilize the Sleep Ability, found in Waddle Dee's Weapon Shop and throughout stages
  • Enter and exit the Treasure Road Challenges

Some of these methods cost more than others. Sleeping in Kirby's house is one of the safest and most cost-efficient methods, as you don't have to put yourself in more danger by finding objects. You also don't have to pay each time you sleep in Kirby's house.
