Mirage's Holo-Day Bash is Apex Legends' take on a holiday celebration, and it brings with it a flurry of new cosmetics and events to explore. Here's everything you need to know about the Holo-Day Bash.

Mirage's Holo-Day Bash Dates

Mirage's Holo-Day Bash is scheduled to run from Dec. 12 to Jan. 7.

Mirage's Holo-Day Bash Limited Time Mode: Winter Express

Winter Express is a new game mode Apex Legends players will be able to play for the duration of the Holo-Day Bash. In it, players join one of three teams of three players each to fight for control of the World's Edge train. The first team to capture the train three times wins.

Players spawn with pre-determined loadouts that roate each day of the event. Eliminated players will respawn each round, and players can select different Legends between each round.

Mirage's Holo-Day Bash Town Takeover: The Mirage Voyage

Mirage's party boat, known as the Mirage Voyage, has appeared on the map. This new area will travel around the map, and players can explore it for loot and new experiences.

The Mirage Voyage is also where players can earn the free Marching Orders weapon skin.

Apex Legends Christmas Skins

Respawn Entertainment has added for 24 themed, limited-time cosmetics to the game. They include skins for Caustic, Octane and Pathfinder, plus weapon skins and more.

Players will be able to purchase these items directly with Apex Coins and Crafting Metals. They'll also be available through Event Apex Packs, which will contain one event item and two non-event items each.

Drop probabilities in Event Apex Packs will be as follows:

• Event Item: 50% event Epic, 50% epic Legendary
• Non-Event Items: 70% Rare, 20% Epic, 10% Legendary

Pathfinder Heirloom Set Preview

Players can unlock Pathfinder's new Heirloom Set for free by unlocking all 24 other cosmetics in the Holo-Day Bash pool.

Holo-Day Bash Apex Legends Double XP Weekend

Players will earn double experience on nearly all XP gains from 1 p.m. ET Friday to 1 p.m. ET Monday. This bonus will affect both account level and battle pass progress.

Battle Pass challenge Star rewards won't be doubled.

Apex Legends Free Cosmetics: Holo-Day Bash Challenge Rewards

Two free Legendary weapon skins are available to unlock through challenges introduced in the Holo-Day Bash. Here are all the challenges and rewards:

• Log in during event — Holiday Music Pack
• Capture the Winter Express three times — Holo-Day Bash event Badge Tier 1
• Capture the Winter Express 15 times — Holo-Day Bash event Badge Tier 2
• Capture the Winter Express 75 times — Holo-Day Bash event Badge Tier 3
• Get Top 10 five times — Holiday Loading Screen
• Get a kill with six different characters in Winter Express — Holiday Gun Charm
• Deal 20,000 damage — Bundled Up L-Star weapon skin
• Press the Party Button on the Mirage Voyage — Marching Orders G7 weapon skin
