Overwatch season 22 tier list covers the best DPS heroes in the game. Most Overwatch heroes are in the DPS category. It can be hard to keep up with which ones are the best at any given moment since heros change regularly. This is our tier list ranking all of the DPS heroes in Overwatch competitive season 22. We also have a tier list for tank heroes.

Overwatch Season 22 Tier List: Best DPS Heroes

S Tier

These S tier heroes pack a real punch. They are not only difficult to deal with one on one, but can be frustrating to fight even when they're outnumbered. The DPS heroes up here are able to hold their own in any fight. There is a reason why players rejoice when Mei would get banned.

  • Mei
  • Doomfist
  • Echo

A Tier

The A tier heroes of season 22 are more team players than S tier. Torbjorn's turret adds continuous damage that is useful for breaking barriers, and McCree is able to balance his time between standing behind a shield and sneaking around to the enemy team to get picks and ult.

  • McCree
  • Torbjorn

B Tier

All of the snipers and the better flankers sit comfortably in B tier. They are often a bit too situational to make it into A tier, but when they are doing really well, they can be very difficult to stop.

  • Reaper
  • Sombra
  • Tracer
  • Hanzo
  • Ashe
  • Widowmaker

C Tier

C tier is full of heroes that can lead to their own team's downfall. Both Junkrat and Pharah can do a lot of damage, but they can also charge an enemy Zarya and fail to finish off their enemies. Symmetra is primarily useful because of her turrets and teleporter, and is not very useful when they are on cooldown.

  • Pharah
  • Junkrat
  • Soldier 76
  • Genji
  • Symmetra

The Rest

Bastion is at the bottom of the barrel this season because he is too easy to deal with. Although Bastion changes are often tossed around, the omnic still isn't a useful DPS hero. But Jeff Kaplan seems to be listening because he said in a developer update, "I know many of you are just dying to see more Bastion in your matches."
