Our Warzone weapon tier list for October 2021 is here to break down which of the guns are the best to use in Verdansk '84 and Rebirth Island now that the release of the Season 6 update is on the horizon.

Albeit quietly, Raven Software has continued to release fairly surprising patches that have shaken up, and effectively brought two LMGs to the forefront of the competitive meta in Season 5 Reloaded. Before Season 6 arrives and drastically shifts the meta once again, here are the best weapons to use in Call of Duty: Warzone early on into October 2021.

Warzone Weapon Tier List October 2021

S Tier

  • Stoner 63
  • MG 82
  • AK-47 (BOCW)
  • XM4
  • C58
  • EM2
  • Kar98k
  • Swiss K31
  • OTs 9
  • MAC-10
  • Bullfrog
  • PPSh-41
  • Gallo SA12
  • JAK-12

Sitting atop of the Warzone meta at the moment are the Stoner 63 and the MG 82. Someway somehow, the two LMGs have crept up from the shadows, emerging as the meta go-to options for most competitive players, enabling them to delete enemies way too quickly and easily. The Kar98k and Swiss K31 remain outstanding snipers, allowing any nimble player to rack up headshot feeds in style. In terms of serving the traditional SMG role, the OTs 9, MAC-10, Bullfrog and PPSh-41 are players' best bets at this point, with their handling and TTKs remaining the most superior of the bunch.

A Tier

In A Tier are a wide variety of options that are really good and remain generally very balanced to use in Warzone. From the TEC-9 to the FARA 83, feel free to try these guns out to see if you can find an underrated sleeper.

B Tier

Krig 6

  • MP7
  • Krig 6
  • M13
  • CX-9
  • Uzi
  • PP19 Bizon
  • Groza
  • AK-74u
  • FFAR 1
  • M16
  • CARV.2
  • AX-50
  • AUG (MW)
  • Fennec
  • ISO
  • P90
  • KSP 45
  • Streetsweeper
  • Sykov

These weapons in B Tier remain viable, but could use a slight buff in order for more players to seriously consider mastering them. While the higher end of this tier could probably be fine for players to use regularly in their loadouts, it gets pretty dicey by the bottom of the list.

C Tier

  • AS VAL
  • RAM-7
  • Kilo 141
  • FN Scar 17
  • FAL
  • AN-94
  • VLK Rogue
  • R9-0 Shotgun
  • Diamatti
  • Renetti

The C Tier includes guns that definitely need a buff in Warzone. From the RAM-7 to the Kilo 141 and FN Scar 17, these are mostly guns that were pretty strong back in their heydays, but simply are not worth players' time in Season 4 Reloaded.

D Tier

X16

  • Nail Gun
  • Striker 45
  • AUG (CW)
  • SKS
  • M82
  • Oden
  • FR 5.56
  • Hauer 77
  • M60
  • EBR
  • X16
  • LC10
  • MG34
  • Holger-26
  • AK-47 (MW)
  • Model 680
  • Magnum
  • M91
  • Type 63
  • Rytec AMR
  • 1911 (MW)
  • 1911 (CW)
  • 725

At this point in the tier list, these guns from here on out don't have a place in the meta at all. The most notable weapons in here are the Nail Gun and LC10, which have drastically fallen from grace with major nerfs to their maximum damage, minimum damage and headshot multiplier values over time.

F Tier

Dragunov

  • .357
  • Mk2 Carbine
  • Crossbow (MW)
  • Crossbow (CW)
  • Dragunov
  • .50 GS

There is little to no hope for these weapons in F Tier, as well as those who happen to pick them up in game. If you're in the Gulag, do what you need to do. Otherwise, look to swap out these guns from your inventory immediately.
