HoYoverse reveals Hysilens for HSR 3.5
By Marco Wutz

With Honkai: Star Rail 3.4 fast approaching, HoYoverse has dropped the first drop marketing for HSR 3.5 and revealed Hysilens as a playable character. She will be of 5-Star rarity, a follower of The Nihility, and deal Physical DMG.
Hysilens is the Chrysos Heir bearing the Coreflame of Phagousa, the Ocean Titan. It seems like her real name is Helektra and she was originally from Styxia before becoming Okhema’s Knight Commander. We know from in-game lore that Hysilens served as the right hand – and iron fist – of Cerydra while the Chrysos Heir bearing the Coreflame of Talanton, the Law Titan, ruled over the city. Cerydra and Hysilens had saved Okhema from invading rivals with a mysterious army before seizing power for themselves and establishing the Prophecy of the Chrysos Heirs as law.
We also know that Aglaea, Tribbie, and Cipher knew Hysilens personally before she vanished.
“Helektra? That name has long since sunk into the depths of the past... Ah, it's you, little gray fry. Call me Hysilens. I am the Knight Commander of the holy city, and I will remain on watch — I will not let the storms of fate cloud your eyes,” Hysilens is quoted as saying in her reveal post.
“Styxia, a coastal city of intoxication and dreams, where echoes of old songs still drift among the waves. Helektra, Daughter of the Sea, Chrysos Heir who cleanses the Ocean's Coreflame, dispels the murky undercurrents and orchestrates a feast of revelry for the heroes beyond the sky — The show must go on. Even if hope is as fragile as bubbles, the waves will keep surging forward,” her description says.
In the Divergent Universe, Hysilens’ playstyle is DoT-focused, leading fans to believe that she’ll bring this style back into the spotlight and revitalize it in combination with the upcoming buffs to Kafka.
HSR 3.5 is scheduled to be released in August 2025. First, the HSR 3.4 livestream will tell us all about the preceding version of the game with its HSR x Fate UBW collaboration and introduction of a dialog skip feature.
