League of Legends Champions Released in 2016
By 2016, there was nearly 130 playable champions accessible for League of Legends players, as new characters continued to come out every couple of months. This was the year that Jhin released, who is one of the most unique ADC champions to ever be released. This year included six new champions, which was an increase from the five released in 2015.
The increasing number of champions within League of Legends has kept the game feeling new for returning players, as they can learn a completely new play style from anyone that gets added to the game. Although some of the champions can receive a lot of community hate, like Yuumi, most of the new characters are received well and players look forward to their addition in the game.
