Our Warzone Pacific Season 1 weapon tier list is here to break down which of the guns are the best to use in Caldera after the launch of Raven Software's latest update.

With there being over 40 new weapons for Warzone players to use thanks to the Call of Duty: Vanguard integration, as well as Raven's latest weapon balance pass going through, it's no question that the meta has been flipped on its head once again. As such, here are the best weapons to use in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 1.

At this point in the Warzone meta, these weapons are all pretty dominant in their roles, with the Cooper Carbine being perhaps the only one that is "broken." The Automaton, MG 42 and NZ-41 have emerged as the more popular Vanguard options for mid-to-long range engagements, while the MG 82 remains superb there as well. Meanwhile, the Modern Warfare Kar98k remains an outstanding sniper thanks to its Focus perk, which negates the flinch resistance nerf that it and the Swiss K31 received. For close-range fights, the aforementioned Cooper Carbine, Vanguard PPSh-41, MP-40 and Type 100 are players' best bets, especially with the removal of Bloom.

A Tier

  • Origin 12 Shotgun

Near the top of the viable A Tier is a lot of the Vanguard weapons that more and more players are finding success with as the season goes on. The OTs 9, EM2 and Black Ops Cold War AK-47 remain relevant for now as players try them out post-nerf. The Swiss K31 also got demoted as unlike the Modern Warfare Kar98k, it doesn't have a perk to offset its flinch nerf. Towards the bottom of the list, there aren't too many great options, but it wouldn't be surprising to see players using them.

B Tier

  • Volkssturmgewehr
  • TEC-9
  • LAPA
  • MP7
  • AX-50
  • FFAR 1
  • AS VAL
  • CX-9
  • AK-74u
  • M13
  • Groza
  • M19
  • Renetti
  • M1 Garand
  • DMR 14
  • AUG (MW)
  • Fennec
  • Streetsweeper

These weapons in B Tier remain viable, but could use a slight buff in order for more players to seriously consider mastering them. Overall, these weapons are just fine, but don't have anything that makes them standout as fun or exciting options to use.

C Tier

R9-0 Shotgun

  • Sten
  • Kilo 141
  • Uzi
  • Type 63
  • SA87
  • PP19 Bizon
  • ISO
  • P90
  • FN Scar 17
  • Nail Gun
  • FAL
  • AN-94
  • LC10
  • VLK Rogue
  • R9-0 Shotgun
  • JAK-12
  • CARV.2
  • Klauser

The C Tier includes guns that definitely need a buff in Warzone. From the new Sten to the Kilo 141 and FN Scar 17, these are some weapons here that simply are not worth players' time in Season 6.

D Tier

  • Itra Burst
  • Oden
  • AUG (CW)
  • G-43

  • AK-47 (MW)
  • FR 5.56
  • Hauer 77

  • MG34
  • Holger-26
  • Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle
  • Rytec AMR
  • X16
  • Ratt
  • 1911 (VG)
  • 1911 (MW)
  • 1911 (CW)
  • M60
  • EBR
  • Model 680
  • Double Barrel
  • Gracey Auto
  • M91
  • KSP 45
  • M16
  • Striker 45
  • 725

At this point in the tier list, these guns from here on out don't have a place in the meta at all. While the higher end of this tier could perhaps be fine for players to get a kill or two, it gets pretty dreadful by the bottom of the list.

F Tier

Dragunov

  • Magnum
  • .357
  • Mk2 Carbine
  • Crossbow (MW)
  • Crossbow (CW)
  • Dragunov
  • .50 GS

There is little to no hope for these weapons in F Tier, as well as those who happen to pick them up in game. If you're in the Gulag, do what you need to do. Otherwise, look to swap out these guns from your inventory immediately.
