Our Warzone Season 2 Reloaded assault rifle tier list is here to break down which of the guns are the best to use in Caldera and Rebirth Island with the launch of Raven Software's latest major update.

With the Season 2 Reloaded patch, we didn't get a new assault rifle, but we did see some changes made to a couple of recently relevant options in the weapon class. As such, here is how the assault rifles stack up in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 2 Reloaded.

Warzone Season Two Reloaded Assault Rifle Rankings

S Tier

In the S Tier are seven ARs that still appear to be ahead of the rest of the pack. Despite being the newest weapon in the class, as well receiving minor damage nerfs in the Season 2 Reloaded update, the Vargo 52 remains perhaps the best option to use for long-range fights. For those looking for the best sniper support option in the game, look no further than the Cooper Carbine. Meanwhile, the Automaton, C58, EM2, Black Ops Cold War AK-47, and XM4 have still translated to high K/D ratios for those using them so feel free to keep rolling them out.

A Tier

In A Tier are a wide variety of options that are top tier viable and remain generally very balanced to use in Warzone. Essentially, these options are sitting right outside of the main meta, but are still able to get the job done and allow you to be competitive. The Grau 5.56, CR-56 AMAX and FARA 83 remain right behind those in S Tier, as they are still great options for those comfortable using them. The AS 44, recently buffed Volkssturmgewehr, Modern Warfare AUG and Itra Burst would be more popular sniper support options if it weren't for the Cooper Carbine. For those behind on leveling up the Vanguard and Black Ops Cold War guns, the M13, M4A1 and Kilo 141 are solid alternatives.

B Tier

  • FFAR 1
  • AS VAL
  • FAL
  • Krig 6
  • Groza

These weapons in B Tier remain viable, but could still use a slight buff in order for more players to seriously consider using them. Ultimately, a lot of these are fairly popular still, but aren't as good statistically compared to the guns above.

C Tier

  • Oden
  • FN Scar 17
  • AN-94
  • AK-47 (MW)
  • FR 5.56

The C Tier includes rifles that are not close to having a place in the meta and definitely need a buff in Warzone. An unfortunate, but telling sign of the times is that even in the new Warzone Pacific era, all of these guns are all from Modern Warfare.
